FAQ Details for Market Vendors
Become a vendor at The New Moon Market, Calgary's BEST pop-up market. We focus on local-made and artisan vendors. We at Pagan Spirit Events want to promote and curate a positive market for all our guests with unique vendors from around our community. *** ATTENTION ALL TAROT READERS, ENERGY WORKERS, MEDIUMS, AND SPIRITUAL GUIDERS/HEALERS - Please  Look at the options closely for we have a link for readers and healer with a set number we can hold.  Please contact us prior to booking a vendor table if unsure, we want to know in advance that you are seeking to book a vendor spot at our markets. We have limited spots for readers and healers at our markets. ***All market vendors will receive a 6 or 8 ft table base on the hall we are in . you will get 1table and chair (additional chairs may be added upon request).If you require more then one table, please purchase two vendor tables (unless you are bringing your own table that must fit with in your space with is about 8 x5 ft , there is no discount or additional surcharge for bringing your own extra table to use.) Coffee, tea, and water will be provided for our vendors.  **AFTER BOOKING - Please email us a bio about yourself and/or about your business with a few photos of your goods or headshots of yourself. *Email Subject Line: New Moon Market - (MONTH) - Vendor Bio & Photos* Failure to comply with this, could mean your forfeit your space at the market. Refunds and cancelations 
we start promoting market 1 month before market. 
so any cancelation up to 30days before market will receive 100% refund
30 to 14 days will receive 50% refund 14 days to day of will not receive any refunds. 
no show will not be refund nor replacement table at next market.

 

Awaken Expo & Conference 

AWAKEN Wellness Expo and Conference was created in response to a need for wellness focused events in Canada. There are many wellness inspired events around Canada, however, AWAKEN focuses on holistic, alternative, New Age, Esoteric, and other forms of unique forms of wellness. Wellness and Spiritual Wellness are the main focus of this expo. We want to highlight the absolute best vendors, practitioners, services, etc.

Our mission is to curate the best of spiritual wellness & wellness focused vendors, practitioners, readers, coaches, guides, services, goods and more!

VENDOR FAQ: 

Are you accepting vendor applications?
-YES! Our applications are now OPEN!  We have space currently for 40-50 vendors! 

 What are the table sizes?
-Table size are 6ft and 8 ft.(please pick the category that best service your needs.) 

I am an Esoteric Service Provider, are their limits on what I can charge for my services?
-AWAKEN Wellness Expo 2025 had a min charge of $25.00 for reading/healing  

Are Customers Being Charged an Entrance Fee?
-Yes, Packages will be posted by end of Oct 2024

Will vendors be able to set up the day before?
-Yes, we will allow all vendors to come set up on Friday Feb. 14th from 7:00PM until 10:00PM. Please note that you may arrive between 7-9PM to set up as the AWAKEN Wellness Expo staff will be leaving the venue at 10:00PM.
